Here are five simple ‘Easy Wins’ to be more active at work with little to no extra effort:
- Park your car as far away as possible in the morning (or if possible, walk to work)
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator
- Ditch phone, email, and IM’s, and actually walk to speak to your colleagues in the office
- Walk during phone calls
- Step away from your workstation every hour and take a 5 minute activity break
Kim Ward, Senior Move Manager for Kane Consulting, completed a successful move of Administrative Personnel for The Grammy Museum. They relocated to a new Downtown location. The Grammy Museum, however, did not move, and continues to be in its regular location.
Kane Consulting nears completion of a project for Ventura Foods in Fort Worth, Texas. A year-long endeavor that included a commercial test kitchen and R&D lab.

Kane nears completion of a small law firm move in Santa Monica with details of furniture ordering, construction punch list and coordinating the firm’s move the week of Feb. 5, 2018. We are happy to help even the smallest companies to the largest companies so that their business has minimal downtime.
Kane gets numerous requests for bidding for move management and project management. This year is no different, bids for entertainment “Cinetel Films” prospective client and a new client “David Boyle, Esq.” were all last minute requests in this busy holiday season.
